Return Policy & Procedure

This Return Policy applies to products purchased directly from Seacret Spa at www.seacretspa.com or over the phone with Seacret Spa Customer Service.

Each purchase is issued an Order Number and the Order Number will be verified as a Seacret Spa purchase. Seacret Spa does not provide refunds, returns, exchanges, etc. with respect to products purchased from Independent Resellers in malls or other locations. Carts and Kiosks in malls are operated by Independent Resellers. As such any prices, warranties, guarantees, returns, refunds, exchanges, etc. are strictly between the Independent Reseller and the Customer. The Customer must return to the retail location regarding any transactions. Retail locations will be subject to specific policies as governed by the management of the location they occupy. Seacret Spa does not operate retail locations.

Any unused product purchased from Seacret Spa may be returned to the distribution center within 30 days of the date of purchase in its original, unopened condition and packaging. Please include all paperwork received with the package in the return. A refund will be issued for the purchase price of the product once the return has been verified as a Seacret Spa purchase and it is unopened. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of shipping the return is the responsibility of the Customer. Seacret Spa will gladly exchange any unopened product in its original packaging for another product under the same guidelines, shipping costs may apply.

Given the cosmetic nature of Seacret products, refunds and returns are not provided for opened and/or used products.
As our business is based on honesty and integrity, we appreciate and expect the same from our customers. 

Please note that it takes an average of 30 days to process a refund once the return is received and verified. After the process is completed a refund will be issued to the card of purchase.  Please note that once Seacret Spa issues a refund to the card of purchase your financial institution will take time to process and post to your account.

A picture of the damage or incorrect product(s) received will be requested so that we may complete the transaction.
