NAIL BUFFER WARRANTY POLICY
At Seacret Spa we appreciate your business and want you to
have the best experience and results from using the Seacret Nail Buffer Block
or any one of the Seacret™ products. To prove our commitment we provide our
Nail Buffer users with the opportunity to replace their buffer within 12 months
from the date of purchase.
If you purchased a damaged or
defective Seacret Buffer Block from a local retailer or online at
www.seacretspa.com please read the following instructions carefully on how to
have your buffer block replaced FREE of charge.
In order to have your buffer replaced we would ask that
you:
- Send
us your defective\damaged buffer block and a copy of the original
purchase receipt via U.S Postal service to the following address:
Seacret Spa Customer Service 2619 E Chambers Street Phoenix, AZ 85040
- Please
make sure your package includes a tracking number, provided by the US
Postal Service as well as your return address. (Buffers not received at the
above address cannot be replaced.)
- The replacement process will
take approx. 21 business days from the date Seacret Spa received the buffer block at
the above address.
- The
warranty described does not apply to any one of the other items included
in the Seacret Nail Care Kit/Collection.
- Upon
completion of the replacement process we will ship a NEW buffer block to
the address provided to us by the customer.
