RETURN AND EXCHANGES The Return Policy provided in this document only qualifies if the product was purchased through www.seacretspa.com or over the phone with our Customer Service, All purchases made in the Shopping Centersor elsewhere must be taken care of at the location in which the products were purchased. Please note that different retailers may have different policies in place.
Cancellation If you return a product to us because you have cancelled the contract between us within the seven-day cooling-off period (see terms of website use), we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you gave notice of cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full, and any applicable delivery charges. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
To cancel our contract, you must inform us in writing. You must also return the products to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
Returns and Exchange For products that are unwanted, return the unused product to our distribution centre within 14 days from the date of purchase in its original condition and packaging with the original purchase receipt, and we will issue a full refund for the full price of the product (less shipping costs). Otherwise, we will be happy to exchange the product for another to the value of the product with no shipping charges for the new product. Faulty / Damaged Products If you return a product to us because you consider it is faulty or damaged, we will examine the returned product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund. We will refund the price of a defective product in full, any applicable reasonable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
We do not provide refunds for products that have been used. Since our business is based on honesty and integrity, we appreciate the same care and concern from our customers. If a refund is due, we will issue a cheque via mail or refund through credit card.
