• Seacret’s Return Policy only qualifies for products purchased through http://www.seacretspa.com.au/or over the phone with our Customer Service. All purchases made in the Shopping Centersor any other retail location must be taken care of at the location in which the products were purchased. Please note that different retailers may have different policies in place.

    Refund Policy
    You are entitled to a refund, repair or exchange if you find that an item you have purchased: 
    Is faulty – even if the fault only becomes apparent after reasonable use.
    Is unfit for its usual purpose or any other purpose specified at time of sale.
    Does not match its description or the quality of sample provided at the time of sale. You are not entitled to a refund for simply changing your mid.
    keep your receipt as proof of purchase. For products that have been purchased on http://www.seacretspa.com.au/or with our Customer Service simply return the unused product to our distribution center within 14 days from the date of purchase in its original condition and packaging with the original purchase receipt. Seacret will issue a full refund for the full price of the product (less shipping costs). We also will be happy to exchange the product for another with no shipping charges for the new product.

Seacret will not provide refunds for product that has been used. Since our business is based on honesty and integrity, we appreciate the same care and concern from our customers. Please note that it takes between 7 to 14 days for us to process refunds. After the process is completed, we will issue a check via mail or refund through credit card facilities.
