At SEACRET Spa we appreciate your business and want you to have the best experience and results from using the SEACRET Nail Buffer Block or any one of the SEACRET products. To prove our commitment we decided to provide our Nail Buffer users the opportunity to replace their buffer (under the SEACRET Spa LLC Terms and Conditions) for a duration of 12 months from the original purchase date.
If you purchased a damaged or defective SEACRET Buffer Block from a local retailer, online at www.seacretspa.com or your buffer has worn-out please read carefully the following instructions on how to have your buffer block replaced FREE* of charge.
Send us your defective, damaged or worn-out buffer block via U.S Postal service to the following address:

- Please make sure your package includes a tracking number provided by the US Postal Service – Buffers that are not received at the above address cannot be replaced.
- The replacement process will take approximately 21 business days from the day the buffer block is received at our Phoenix, Arizona Location.
- The warranty described Does Not apply to any one of the other items included in the SEACRET Nail Care Collection.
